About
I am an artist working with photography, sound and video, with an interest in documentary and sense of place. My work is made through a combination of personal observation, interaction with others, oral history and academic and historical research. As part of the group Radix North East, I have worked on a number of projects in Peterlee over the last four years, revisiting an artists placement project initiated by Stuart Brisley in 1978. I am currently studying for a PhD led by Art Practice at the University of Sunderland in association with the Locus+ archive.
