About
I've published widely on the area of law and sexuality and legal education. My research explores the intersection of law, sexuality and technology and has focussed upon the phenomena of public sex and male for male sex work. I have advised LGBT community and health groups, the NHS, Police and UK Parliament.
I organise the Gender, Sexuality and Law stream of the Socio-Legal Studies Association; Convene the Legal Education Section of the Society of Legal Scholars, I'm a member of the Society of Legal Scholars Legal Education Sub-Committee and a member of the Association of Law Teachers Committee.
I'm Deputy Reviews Editor of the Law Teacher: The International Journal of Legal Education, and a member of the Editorial Board. I've previously guest edited numerous issues of the Web Journal of Current Legal Issues and Information & Communications Technology Law. I am currently editing special editions of Liverpool Law Review and Sexualities, focusing on gender, sexuality and law. Both editions will be published in 2010.
I'm also working on a monograph entitled 'Public Sex and the Law: Silent Desire' to be published by Routledge-Cavendish in 2010.
